| A2: | No. All provided information is treated as being highly confidential. |

| A3: | Indefinitely. Every 30 days you will be asked to log again, as to make sure that your information is still valid. |
| Q4: | Why do I have to log on every time I visit the site? |
| A4: | To remember your username / password for 30 days, your browser uses a so-called cookie. If the handling of cookies in your browser has been turned off, the given information will be forgotten after each visit. Session cookies are required to authenticate. |
| Q5: | I am logged on as someone else. Now what? |
| A5: | Someone logged on before and did not log off. Simply click on the [log off] link and log on as yourself. |
| Q6: | Why do I not see any additional information after creating a new account? |
| A6: | Your account creation request will be reviewed and you will be assigned the relevant permissions after approval. Allow up to 5 days for this process to complete. |
| Q7: | Why do I have wait for my account to become active? |
| A7: | Because of the confidential information that is shared in the members-only areas, we are committed to making sure that that information stays within known boundaries. We simply need to verify that you are effectively a known member of our congregation before we grant access to that given information as such. |
